Our ultimate goal is for you to enjoy your adventure and feel comfortable during your stay. While there are potential fees that could apply, these are intended to cover severe occurrences only. We do not aim to overcharge but to ensure that the RV remains in good condition for other future rentals. Your enjoyment and comfort are our top priorities.
A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking. Fees may be increased due to actual damage costs.
We request that all pets be supervised at all times and kept off the furniture. Any damage caused by pets or excessive cleaning required will result in additional fees.
We provide many essential items for your trip. If any items are missing or damaged upon return, a $50 fee plus actual replacement costs will apply.
Damages (dents, holes, tears, scratches, etc.) or excessive cleaning needs will be assessed at actual costs.
Start and End times are flexible but must be scheduled in advance. Changes to start and end times will not be eligible for refunds but may be accommodated with prior notification and approval based on availability. Late end times will incur a fee of $50 per hour. Fees may be waived based on situational occurrences.
Climbing on the roof is prohibited. Any resulting damage will incur actual repair costs
The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, or impound fees, with no time limit on this requirement.
Do not attempt any repairs without written consent. Unauthorized repairs will incur actual costs.
Avoid using the awning during windy weather conditions. Damage from misuse will result in repair fees.
Please review all operating instructions provided. Negligence leading to damage will result in actual repair fees.
